Mac has raised two teenage drivers and is an accomplished racing and testing professional with 16 years of racing experience. Wide ranging racing exposure includes oval track, road racing, and adherence to critical testing criteria. He was the Senior Road Test Editor for Motor Trend magazine, each year conducted performance tests on some 300 vehicles—from Ferraris to minivans. Also did precision driving for photos and videos. He has taught B.R.A.K.E.S. schools in Charlotte, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
